Front load washer small leak in front

Many customers have lately reported having small leak in frontloader. What I have found now many times is that is an issue with the seal on your door. This rubber gasket must have a complete seal on glass in order to not leak. Often times there may be a tear in the seal or a chunk tore out of edge of seal. Be sure to look carefully before calling technician. Also make sure if you have pets especially dogs or horses that you do not have hair build up on glass in door. This will allow water to seep past the seal and guess what you have a small leak. Simply clean the glass completely and the leak should be taken care of. I had on yesterday that looked as if a towel had been closed in door seal. This caused it to pull hard when in spin which pulled seal off and damaged the seal as well. If there is a tear, chunk in edge or a ripple that does not allow it to seal on glass it will need to be replaced. Please call us and we can repair for you.
Thanks Roger
